Car transportation to airport.
Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day.
More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport.

It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa.

Goa's Visit to ITC Grand Goa Hotel
We had an opportunity to stay for 5 nights/6 days at ITC,Grand Goa, (South), which had locational advantage nearest to Airport as well as had Long Arrosium Beach which is neat,clean and well maintained with Lifeguards on duty 24X7.Hotel rooms are spaceious,clean with all the fittings,furniture,ambience and very efficient room service, quick housekeeping service and responsive,courteous Front Office personnels.Lawns,Swimming pools,Restaurants,Spa are well maintained.In general Hotel staff is polite,courteous but in particular MS.Sangeeta of Front Office looked after us very nicely as a sincere and obedient child cares his elderly parents. Spa had a good ambience and Ms.Maram needs special mention for her Professionalism.

The check in staff is either stretched or disengaged. There is a sense of drift with things taking an eternity to happen. Inconsistent service standards from as simple as a hot or miss welcome drink to the time taken for check-in. For a luxury property leaves a lot to be desired. Would not recommend it.

Best experience I could hope for!
We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed.
Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care.
Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good
Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in
Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options
Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling.
Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Hotel is dated. Staff is very good but not trained to provide 5 star service as yet. At check out we had a wedding group checking in and the hotel resembled a fish market which was underwhelming.

Worst experience of Goa, they missed my booking and i had to rebook room and at the time of check out, they said they found the booking. They lost a packet which was sent for me and after many hours, they found it. They didnt sent the house keeping for room cleaning, they took an hour to send bell man to pick my luggage, TV in my room displayed the name of some other guest. Dusaster after disaster.

The welcome drink wasn't offered nor were we accompanied to the room, both of the above we found the other check in customer were enjoying. Rather strange.
The property has aged and requires repair and facelift.
