When you think of nightlife in the UK, the image of a traditional pub is probably the first to come to mind. There are certainly plenty of them, generally specialising in beers and ales and usually also serving food – typical “pub grub”. However, this is very far from the only option available, especially in the nation’s larger cities.  

    The skyscrapers of London feature a number of excellent rooftop bars while university cities across the country are noted for their nightclubs and bustling bars.
