Walt Disney World Resort Orlando celebrates annual events through the year, which attract people from all around the world. Take a look at some of the best annual events taking place at Disney World this year.

Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival takes place in March each year. The entire park has topiaries, gardens, and living sculptures shaped like Disney characters. Enjoy delicious desserts and drinks at 13 stations throughout World Showcase. Garden Rocks is an outdoor concert series on the weekends during the event. Admission to Epcot is required, but most Epcot Flower & Garden events are included with your ticket.

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is typically held from the middle of September through the middle of November. Dine around World Showcase and discover new food from across the globe. Participate in Beverage Boot Camp, cheese seminars, and culinary demonstrations. Like other events at Walt Disney World, the Epcot Food & Wine Festival has an outdoor music concert each night called Eat to the Beat. Admission to Epcot is required. Food and beverages are at an additional cost.

    Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of the best Halloween-themed events in Orlando. Dress up in your costume and trick-or-treat around the Magic Kingdom. Don’t miss out on the Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, or the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular. Stick around for the Happy HalloWishes fright-night fireworks at the end of the night. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is on select nights in September and October, with an additional event ticket required.

    Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place in the Magic Kingdom. This winter celebration brings the magic of the holidays to Disney. Stage shows, parades, and decorations throughout the park make it feel like a winter wonderland. Make sure you stay for the fireworks before the park closes. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is only on select nights and requires an additional ticket for the event.
