Friendly staff with a quick check in. There is an easy walking path direct to the airport. The breakfast was very nice and started early to accomodate early morning flights.

My stay was fine. Everything very clean. Only one problem. The shower flooded out & soaked out onto the floor under the sink. I dried it all up & would have mentioned in the morning to someone but it was an early start & it had all dried up through the night

Hotel room was basic, clean and served our purpose well. The restaurant was the major issue here, along with the lack of staff and the lack of service. We ordered food for 2 adults and 5 children - very simple basic food (the menu was very very limited) and after waiting almost 3 hours, we still hadn’t taken delivery of our food. Nowhere near enough staff to service the amount of people trying to eat. Everyone was in the same boat, waiting hours and having to ask countless times for their food - as well as constantly reminding the staff of what was ordered. Every trip to the bar was met with a long queue, and to top if off, charges were made to my card that I DID NOT make. Told the manager at checkout about the changes made to my card (at 0436am when I was asleep) and she confirmed that it was their mistake and they would reverse the charges. 6 days later, 2 calls made by me today to 2 different duty managers and I still have NOT had my money returned to me. Oh yeah, almost forgot, the 3 hour late food gave my wife food poisoning!

I booked to stay because I had an early morning flight. I went to bed early and was awaoken at 1am because the room was so hot. I'd put the thrmostat as low as possible and then tried to turn off the heating. It seems the only options in this place is 19-21C and no windows that open. I called the front desk to ask if they could turn off my heat and they said they would talk to the duty manager and call me back. After 30 min I called the front desk again and explained the situation, asking

So i get an email from the hotel on the morning of check in day to say they have to cancel my stay as the hotel has to become a covid quarantine hotel! Just an email at the last possible min! Were also extremely unhelpful when asking for the refund. Fantastic service
