    Avoid Charissa!!

    We travel for business and usually stay at over 300 hotels a year and I have to say out of all, this hotel had the worse customer service EVER!! Charissa at the front desk had the nastiest attitude and extremely rude! We lost our keys and asked if anyone turned them in she said no, after over an hr of searching we asked 3 more times if anyone turned them in and she said no. 30 more minutes and we asked again and still she said no, so we asked to look in the drawer and they were in there the entire time!! When we told her those were our keys she just shrugged as if she didn’t care.

    More thorough cleaning needed

    I enjoyed the stay for the most part. Reason for bad feedback is my 4 year old found pills on the floor under the bed. I'm glad we have taught him the mindset to bring it to our attention. Found multiple. Depending on what it was, could have been trouble for another unsuspecting family. Was pleasant about their breakfast.

    Great new modern choice in a great location.

    Loved this property. No pool or hot tub, but there is a gym and it is right along the Bay Trail, which is awesome! Room was very modern and new and bright. Very thoughtfully designed, and well equipped. Especially loved the bathroom: a nice combo of storage and modern look, with a great shower. Even the desk chair was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed was fairly soft. I also love a hot tub so when pools reopen, not sure I’ll return. But that aside, loved this property!!!

    Family friendly

    Home2 Suites were roomy, clean, comfortable and nice staff. They had hot breakfast and the kitchen staff were very nice and courteous. The only setback was the smell of marijuana in our hallway, it was coming from one of the rooms next to ours. I talked to the reception desk and she stated that a lot of people smoke outside than bring the smell with them into the building. I think someone was smoking a lot in their room. Over all experience was great.
