Frustrating
The site said you would need a pin to access your room and to call if arriving after 11 P.M. We arrived around 445 to 5ish and no one was there and we didnt even have access to the lobby out of the cold until a random tenant let us in. I called Hotels and they said I shouldve got an email with the info, I obviously didnt. So they contacted Midtown, and she then tells me to check my email now...I did and nothing. Her response was to keep checking every 5 minutes...still havent got that email. I called Midtown myself and spoke directly with them. She gave both access codes to the building and room over the phone after I asked for it a couple times. She was nice and said she would email it to me also...still havent got that email also. Just a very frustrating ordeal that should pretty simple. I think I might try a different app for my next booking. Dont know which one is really at fault here, but it was annoying to say the least. Nice room and enjoyed it though.

Would stay here again!
My husband and I visited Nashville for my birthday and stayed here. The condo had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer that wasn’t in the listing! They made everything really easy for check in/out. The furnishings were cute and updated and the bed was super comfortable. Location was super close to everything as well!

The bed was hard as a rock the couch bed was uncomfortable, the sink in bathroom did not drain well, the place was desolate without hardly any people. Kinda creepy. The garage had a pillar and was hard to pull in and out.

Location to our venue was very good. Being close to college campus felt safe to walk to venue and local restaurants. Parking arrangements were unclear but made mention to property management so hoepefully that will be remedied. Would stay again for sure.
