Just book it
We were walking towards the hotel in a heavy down pour of rain (at the end of a very long walk) when the hotel staff spotted us and offered us a lift in the people carrier. It was so incredibly kind and very welcomed. The room was perfect and could not be faulted. Dinner and breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lastly the hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings. Well, worth a visit

Get away 2020
A comfortable enough stay. Easy car parking and quick check in. We had a large room with en suite. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The curtains were needing some attention with the edging coming off and they needed fixing to the rail. Breakfast was cooked to order and was accompanied by tea and toast (no cereals or juice). Free wifi . I would say this was more 3* rather than 4* but it was in a good position for our trip.

Great Location for Speyside Tomintoul Spur Walk
The Delnashaugh was the perfect location for us during a Speyside Way walking holiday. Pro: The hotel is right on the route for the Tomintoul Spur. Good food available for dinner, cozy bar with plenty of whisky and a fireplace, yummy cooked breakfast. Con: The lighting in our room was dim - just 1 bedside lamp and no desk lamp.
