The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the airport and train station. It is a five minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain ticket office and cableway. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I will stay here again when I return to Zhangjiajie.

We, three adults stayed at a family suite. The room is huge. It has two separate toilets and two wash basin. Layout style of the room is not in trend but it managed to give a cosy stay. Location is a plus. Everything is within reachable distance.

Helpful, pleasant staff and a great location

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip through China and received truly excellent service from Zhu Shuangqin and the team - they truly went above and beyond to help me arrange a trip to a neighbouring town. The hotel was very nice and very well located too. I would recommend staying here if taking a trip to Zhangjiajie.

Shower drain was a little slow. Room was overall clean and well maintained. Room key lock mechanism failed on 2nd day of 3 night stay. But the problem was fixed fairly quickly. The location was good. We were pleased overall.

Outdated hotel everything needs an upgrade and make over. I was charged 50 Chinese dollars because I left a key in the room. The restaurant was decent but pricey for the food we were served. The one nice thing about the hotel was that it was close to the Tianmen mountain ticket agency.
