Initially we were given an apartment in a building which was terrible! We entered in pitch darkness, had to locate the main switch to turn the electricity on. Aircon & washing machine not working, run down, old unkept apartment. My husband told Christine that we were not happy with this apartment so after staying one night, we were moved to another building on level 44 which was right next door to Vincom center in Landmark 81 building. Repacking & moving to the new apartment was inconvenient with the family & should not have happened if we were given the right apartment in the first place. That was a very bad experience. The new apartment was more modern & clean & best views & location was perfect. Communication with Christine was very challenging & difficult at times. Organising pool access was a big deal & required giving our passport details. I would personally not recommend this accommodation as there are plenty of better options at Central Park in Ho Chi Minh City.

Gripes: Basic furnishings (pillows-small 2 each, 2 towels) Good: full kitchen items including hot water boiler. Great: cold AC, NetFlix! ha! Overall: Clean modern apartment but was only given 1 key card. Inconvenient for 2 person stay. Other than that, it was a very nice apartment with washer near the top floors of VinHomes Central Park.

Upon arrival at 6pm I had to experience 2 hours chasing the property people to be able to check in. Apparently there is no central reception, but multiple high rise buildings so you cannot guess where you should go. When I kept calling provided number, first-no answer, than - twice hang up on Vietnamese person saying “I don’t know anything” and “I send you another number”( on stationary phone), than when I called again - “no English” and hang up. That was very frustrating experience. So 2 hours later, after sending complains and calling, I got msg via Expedia chat with address and details.no ideal experience after 24 h flight. Property it self is good. Missing soap, all other necessities are there. Location and everything is great. Just absolutely poor communication.

Our first night on April 9 on the 8th floor was good. We told to move to 31st floor. Everything was terrible with Jet lag ,12 hours difference and 7000+ miles away from home. What a welcome on 2nd day for our 1 month vacation plan. We moved because we don’t want to fight. We again moved 8 fifty pounds luggages/boxes, 3 carry-on luggages, 3 backpacks, a 12x8 baby milk cooler, stroller and number of gift and food bags. The night come with 1 room is not usable due to the mildew, mold and smell like a stinky sink. The 80+ % of the tile grounded living room, dining and small kitchen section are bulkled, popped-up or tent. The space between the sink in both toilets and kitchen where the silicon was black due to mildew and mold. The hall toilet sink has water drainage issue and smell. The pair of doors cabinet above the kitchen sink and a pair of doors cabinet under the kitchen sink are not aligned properly to close. The kitchen hook and its exhaust fan was sticky and so dirty with a lot of black debrises. The 48/50 inches TV is not usable was hang on the 4+ feet wide wall with wireless modem router was placed on the floor without protection( not even a small object to hide away from kids). The air condition air intake valve was beyond dirty in the master bedroom ceiling. Master toilet has a lot of dirt and hairs, no towels change for all of us for one extra day which booked. What a about bed sheets for all 3 king beds but received on 1 king, 1 queen and two twin beds. :(:(:(
