We really enjoyed our stay! We were greeted when we arrived and immediately shown to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, served in a charming room with a view of the garden. It is well-located on one of the prettiest streets in Dinan. It's worth noting that this is an old property (kind of the idea) and if you're looking for modern furniture and fixtures, this is not that.

The beach is right on front on the hotel and there is an extremely entertaining rotation of activities depending on if the tide is in or out. I had an excellent meal there with very friendly, helpful service. Quite delicious. There is a view onto the beach and at the seats directly looking out at it binoculars are provided which is a nice touch. I really enjoyed my stay and am looking for an excuse to go there again :)

The hotel was very conveniently located in a beautiful narrow street with half timbered houses. Restaurants along the riverfront were just down the hill. We were given very specific directions for driving to the Logis to drop off our suitcases. Free parking was a shortish walk away.

Wonderful stay in Dinan - wished we stayed another night! It’s not easy getting to the hotel via the tiny narrow streets, and Google maps will lead you astray. But it’s all worth it. We parked under the bridge and used the app to pay. The room was huge and very confortable. Delicious breakfast as well.

This a lovely accomodation in the middle of the historical street, so romantic. Easy walk to the town centre and with several good restaurants options near by. Very quiet, we slept very well. The host is friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay. Just need to be mindful that this is an old building with too many stairs for a heavy suitcase. We left our suitcase in the car, took only what we needed for our stay and it was fine. That’s part of the charm of staying in an historical area.

This is a unique historic property on a steep cobbled pedestrianised lane. You can unload and check in but then must park (free) some distance (200m) away up or downhill. Inside is quirky, but clean and quaint. Very welcoming host (English-speaking). Lots of good cafes/restaurants in walking distance. NB: This property is unsuitable for disabled/frail.

The LOGIS is historic and a little quirky in a good way. Bathroom and loo are recently redone and good. Breakfast is very good by normal French comparison. Big issue for us was the totally misleading information about private parking on the Hotels.com site. This is stated as a strong specific advantage of the LOGIS and the reason why we selected it. There is NO associated parking and most street parking is charged. The large car park is some distance and the LOGIS is on a cobbled very steep street, so you need to be fit. The WiFi was excellent 600+/600+.

Amazing old, quirky building. Needed to walk up very steep hill with lots of stairs. No drinks in room but free to help yourself from dining room, along with Madeleines.left luggage one checked out, so could investigate the town. Lovely.

The hotel is OK, nothing great, nothing awful. It is like staying in an old person’s house that hasn’t changed in 50~100 years, which is part of its charm. The bathrooms are fine. Breakfast is OK. The owners provide little to no information about your stay in Dinan, which is a very interesting town. (I can read French just fine, although my oral French is poor. They provide no written information in any language, perhaps they assume you will speak with them.) Please take advantage of bus route #4! This FREE service will take you up the hill to the old town without having to navigate the cobblestones every time. Once was fine for us. The owners of the hotel do not seem to know about it. Just wait down at the bridge by the canal. It will also take you to and from the train station.

Hotel is situated halfway up a very steep and cobbled lane. It was difficult finding which door to get in. However everything else was fine. But taking a heavy electric cycle off the road and up steep stairs to a cycle parking area was difficult for me ( 80) but the proprietor carried it up for me. Breakfast was adequate. Other guests has problems in finding the hotel too as there is no parking nearby .

L'accueil au top , la chambre cosy tout confort, petit déjeuner copieux. On est dans le port dans une rue piétonne donc peu de bruits , il y a un jardin dont on peu profiter. Le seul point à peut être modifier dans l'annonce sur Hotel.com est qu'il n'y a pas de parking privé. Il faut trouver une place aux alentours du logis. Pour ceux qui peuvent monter les escaliers, je conseille la rue de saint malo et on peut emprunter un chemin piétonnier très sympathique qui amène au logis.

N'y venez surtout pas en voiture et n'ayez pas de grosse valise. Situé dans une rue pavée à l'ancienne en forte pente et interdite à la circulation, vous stationnerez (payant) à 500 mètres en contrebas et aurez de fortes difficultés à faire roulr vos bagages. Un oreiller avait des auréoles de sang très marquées. Petit déjeuner très rudimentaire avec seulement du pain de mie, en Bretagne mais ni baguette, ni vienoiserie.
