The hotel is starting to get quite outdated and could definitely use some renovation. Extremely noisy with heavy traffic outside 24/7, and paper thin walls between the rooms. Rooftop area is nice but small and will be easily crowded if there are many guests there at the same time. We had some drinks there one evening and they were out of ingredients to make approx. 40% of the cocktails on the menu.

This was a wonderful stay to kick off my time in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The afternoon tea is also delightful. The pool is refreshing as is the rooftop bar. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was courteous and very accomodative and allowed late check in. The only issue, as with the country also, is unavailabilty fo veg/ vegan food. Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner options for vegan/ vegetarian foods are almost non-existent. But that's not specific to this hotel, but across the nation. Overall good stay. and would recommend.
