Sorrento slice of paradise!
So amazing and refreshing after staying in Rome. Felt like paradise. Little patio, great bed, spacious bathroom with music. Super friendly staff and a great breakfast with plenty of different choices. If I come back to Sorrento I would love to stay here the entire time!

Great location & rooms-service could be better
The location was excellent-a quick walk to the shopping area. The parking garage we were sent to was very far away (15-20 minute walk and extremely hard to find). The rooms (we had two with friends) were clean, decorated nicely and comfortable; however we had a burnt out light (housekeeping is not on location after 6 PM, I think), the shower didn't drain, TV is only in Italian and the heat wouldn't come on so were chilled but survived. Breakfast is served late (7:30 AM) but has a nice variety for Italy. My husband wanted an earlier cup of caffe' (7:10 AM) but was told in no uncertain terms that it was NOT an option; we were emailed that check-out time was 10:30 AM but the front desk said we had to leave by 10 AM. So 4 stars for everything else but the service could have been more accommodating.
