Mostly wonerful!
Overall our experience was excellent; the front desk was very helpful in storing ice packs for my wife's recent hip replacement recovery. Everyone was very friendly. The Pier was a VERY appreciated and welcomed surprise and made water access available for my handicapped wife. We had an issue with our patio door, and George was very helpful and, after trying hard to repair it, offered to move us to a different room which was greatly appreciated, and we liked it better anyway! On the negative, there is no soap dish or room to place shower supplies inside the tub/shower. The toilet paper holder is inconveniently placed, and our refrigerator was not cooling at all. Minor issues, but we feel worth mentioning. We did not have WIFI access on our last day in the room.

Great location and our room was oceanfront so fantastic view of the ocean. Very large oceanfront suite. The room itself was disappointing because all the furniture is chipped and there are holes is half of the dinning chairs.

Very disappointing stay.
The visual security on door wouldn't stay covered. Had to use paper in the hole. Light fixture on desk had a dangerous short. Toilet tank leaked because chain would get caught in flapper. Had to leave tank cover off to stop each time it was used. The fridge and microwave were plugged in with coffee maker on top of microwave with no plug available. Had to use in bathroom. We were not made aware of employee shortage that had an effect on restaurant meals availability. VERY disappointed.

One of my go-to places for relaxing with my dog
I have a Shih Tzu that I travel with. This is one of the best hotels that allow dogs that I have stayed in. I just love it. All of the staff are extremely friendly to both me and my dog. The food is a little over priced. The dinner menu could be better. Lunch is great!!! Molly's bar is awesome! Great pools!!!
