Mostly very good. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable, nicely appointed rooms, plush bed and spacious shower. Cleaning facilities need to be improved and concierge parking needs better coordination but when I mentioned this I was immediately compensated so the customer service was excellent.
I didn't like the garage parking. Also the parking fee ($50/day) was NOT advertised in the price on hotels.com. My advice is to always always call the hotel to check for any additional fees, i.e. "resort" fees, parking fees, etc...
Very dirty no ghouskiping service no breakfast.......,
The sheets on the bed were dirty and wrinkled. Covid or no Covid, if you don't have housekeeping, or can't wash the sheets, don't take reservations...just shut down.
Everything is excellent . Very convenient and a accessible
Very poor condition inside the lobby Room was not to my experience with staying at a Marriott Property.
Horrble customer service. The aircon broke so for 2 nights & we couldnt sleep & breathe well. We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked yet when i checked online they were still getting reservations! The concierge & front desk kept saying they will send maintenance to us after they said AC was fixed. We followed up with calls but they ended up not answering the phones anynore. Then the alarm went for no reason at all! Watch out also for your & guest parking because they will overcharge. The policd came in & out investigsting something. There was a suspicious looking car for over an hour on the valet rotunda that they said was "delivery". They didnt & couldnt even tell the car to move as security was weak. We did not feel safe there with many people coming in & out that looked suspicious. I booked this in Beverly Hills thinking it will be decent & safe but it failed miserably adding to our stress. Oh and we requested a late check out thinking that's the least they can do for the inconveniences we had to endure but the front desk manager who was rude & needs customer patience & training said no they are fully booked. Just horrible even after we relayed we have major personal issues to deal with. Stay away from this hotel!
DIRTY! Smells like weed everywhere in the hotel. I understand it’s legal in California but they can implement a policy where people can and cannot smoke. Blood stains on my towel. First day in, front desk was incredibly rude when we checked in. I will NEVER stay here or any Marriott again. It was disgusting.
I was not happy with my stay. My room wasn’t for me to check in for 2 hours. The room had bugs or something because my family and I all had bug bites all over. The AC did not work. We called down for staff and the phone rang for 30 minutes before someone answered. Staff was not very helpful. All we got from the staff were excuses that they were short on staff due to to COVID.
Staff was very professional and accommodating. The Room was very clean and the lobby smelled wonderful! Will definitely stay there next time.
