Hotel looks a bit like a mid 80s shopping centre. Rooms are large which is great. Bathrooms are covered in mirrors in a rather Trump bling style. Weird hot tub was broken with wires hanging off. Once started- with the help of the hotel engineer - it couldn’t be turned off and rumbled loudly all night. Room included an unwelcome ‘lovers kit’ for $25.

Could be good but it wasn’t
The hotel could be great however the service was mediocre , rooms weren’t clean when tiding it up every day , when I asked for it to be undusted they said I would need to wait for next day even when I was allergic. Food was great and the service at the swimming pool was good. The WiFi was terrible never worked properly causing me issues when trying to work from the hotel. The valet parking guys were the best service from the whole stay, the only ones that said thank you for your staying.

Hotel is ideally located in heart of Coconut Grove, construction work near by does not intefere that much. Some of the hotel looks a little dated, but very comfortable and the hotel staff were very welcoming and accomodating.

Short stay in Miami
Loverly hotel, a little awkward to find. The room was clean and the staff helpful. Pool and roof top were also clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the construction noise right outside stopped it being as tranquil as hoped especially with the price paid. Valet parking is available and the staff are great and very attentive. The breakfast was good and there are a few little restaurants in the area, the grill place and pizza place around the corner are great. About 20 minute drive from the airport and 25 minute drive to beach depending on traffic.

Great spot.
Lovely hotel, great location, loved the roof top bar and pool; great service up there. Front desk staff seemed uninterested with their roles, not impolite at all, just not very engaging. Will definately book again however.
