NEVER AGAIN!
Pathetic customer service. Front desk was not honouring the rate confirmed through Hotels.com!!! They wanted a higher rate and were trying to convince me the Hotels.com rate was not inclusive of taxes. After 30 minutes of argument, they finally accepted the hotels.com rate which was already inclusive of taxes. My elderly parents were the ones staying here for 2 nights. Front Desk asked if housekeeping was needed due to covid precautions. I declined housekeeping. They did it anyway. The room was extremely cold even with the air conditioning turned off. This made the room uninhabitable for most of the stay.

Amazing hotel and very clean, thanks to all the team who made sure my request was met quicker than I expected, and big thanks to the amazing Joseph at the reception who was so patient and very helpful to quickly resolve my check in and check out cancellation due to my trip to another state, God bless you Joseph and the beautiful white Morocco lady at the front desk, love you guys!
