The best part of the hotel is its location in Central London, and its proximity to the Marble Arch Tube Station, making it easy to get anywhere. Within steps of stepping out of the hotel, one is in lively surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

Fantastic hotel

This is a fantastic hotel in every respect. We received a wonderful welcome from Claudine and Nebyat who give us a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for my friends birthday. The room was great, comfy beds, fab power shower and free mini bar. Breakfast was great too. Honestly can’t fault the place and would def stay here again.

This is a huge hotel. Breakfast had a huge spread with spacious dining room. But taste of food was very average. Room we had was a King executive that had a King bed and a queen sized sofa bed. Plenty of room around bed, a work table and empty space big enough to put another bed. Location: very nice area with shops and restaurants within feet or blocks. Marble Arch station is a couple blocks away. Overall, very satisfied.

Attentive and courteous staff

It’s a very nice hotel with on-site amenities (restaurants, café, store). The staff is attentive and friendly. The only inconvenience was the daily construction or repair noise in the reception area. It’s a nice hang out area but didn’t take advantage because of the fuss and noise. (Perhaps this is temporary but happened during my stay).

The hotel was well positioned, and reasonably priced, the general upkeep was clean and looked after, however the dust on the rear of the TV / sockets / cables, and the water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door let the room down.

Entrance chaotic as being refurbished currently. Room was nice. Bath is quite high so difficult to get in and out of with disability. Food nice but breakfast staff need to be more pro-active explaining how to get tea. Downside and not hotels fault but found majority of other guests rude, no manners, barging past.

Just a bit poor all round. Hotel going through some building work. Hard to get to rooms and reception. Not many lifts seem to be working to a full walk around the hotel to try and find the stairs which wasn't signposted very well. Ended up at a fire door on one occasion. Mainly Arabic hotel.
