Terrible experience
When we arrived and were given a room, we brought all our belongings up to find a room that had not yet been cleaned. The beds had been slept in, there was trash on the desk, etc. We went back to the desk and were immediately given a new room. That was a smoking room, and absolutely reeked of cigarettes. It was nauseating after barely being inside 5 minutes. We again brought all our belongings down to the desk and were issued a THIRD room- also a smoking room (despite specifically asking if it was nonsmoking) but was told “this one is definitely better.” To compensate us for the trouble, we were given breakfast vouchers for our stay. We were given 2 vouchers daily (although there were 4 of us staying), and the restaurant was intermittently closed due to staffing shortages, so it was only useful 2 days of the 6 we were there.
