Below expectations
For the price + a $25 resort fee per day, I expected more. The carpets were stained in the hallways and room. The rooms themselves were good enough but felt basic like a college dorm room. Room amenities were dull. If I paid less the 100 a night - I suppose this would all be ok but for the price? Nah.

Not worth the money.
I was very unhappy with the stay. Check in was vague and lady seemed upset before we walked in. I put it was my husband's birthday. They said and did nothing. Hotel is in homeless central. Had no idea what to do or go when we got there. Where or how to park etc. After the service desk, went to the room. It was clean and good views. Updated things, but no frig or clock. Bathroom door has no lock or even shuts completely. No room service. When you sit on the side of the bed , it lifts up and wants to make you fall. I know it is meant as somewhere to sleep but after a 13 hour drive I expected more for the cost. Probably more to say but you get the point.

Nice hotel in a not so nice neighborhood
This is a newer hotel which had really nice amenities and a very comfy bed. The rims come with a nice Keurig coffee maker. The hotel charges a $25 per night amenity fee so just be watchful of that. Part of the hotel was still under construction so I appreciated the fact that we weren’t disturbed with construction noise. The only reason I’m not giving this hotel the highest rating is because of the surrounding area. The surrounding area smells of urine and it’s in the heart of the tenderloin. Just beware.

Great theater location
Great location to attend a play at the Orpheum. The hotel is modern and has a nice bar and coffee area. The beds are comfy but the carpets could be cleaned. Lots of spots which gives the illusion of dirt. Also, a full length mirror would be nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Underage Rave Party Hotel
Horrible horrible built hotel. Paper thin walls. Guests yelling and screaming all night partying. Underage Rave type parties kept us up all night. The hotel also charged us for "amenities" yet we didn't use a single thing they charged us for. This is a craphole. Not worth $20.00 Let alone the $200 after fees. DO NOT SYAY HERE!

Room Ventilation Extremely loud - don’t stay here
Sleep. Beyond amenities, It’s the one thing a hotel room should provide. Their AC/Heat system, from 1960 or 1970 was so incredibly loud that even earplugs couldn’t dampen the noise. Their technician came to the room and still could do nothing. I was in SF for work, and desperately needed the sleep that I did not get.
