Hotel Amigo is the type of hotel that truly epitomises the five star experience. We are family of four with two under two and we landed into Brussels after 28 hours of Australia. The minute we step foot in the hotel we instantly felt relieved of all the burdens with the impeccable porters and reception staff. We were delighted to have a room available despite our early arrival - much needed for the children's (and our) naps after jet lag! The dining room was beautiful and the service was excellent, despite my rambunctious toddler inciting all sorts of calamities. The food was lovely and the coffee perfection. The hotel is unparalleled in its location - just steps away from the Grand Place as well as myriad boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. On our last day at the hotel, we had some urgent business documents that required signing and sending and they were kind enough to print and scan these for us - they truly went beyond expectations to help us! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - it will make your stay in Brussels a most memorable one.

Our Hotel Amigo stay was a sheer pleasure. The staff deserves such high praise for their impeccable service and helpfulness-- from the doormen/porters, to the concierge, the front desk staff, and the fantastic housekeeping crew who anticipated our needs before we even recognized the need ourselves. For instance, they gave us an extra small toothpaste tube as they noted the toothpaste tube we brought with us was running low! Another example was our luggage porter re-arranging the furniture in our room so we could best fit our luggage. We were made to feel pampered and well-cared for during our stay. Rocco Forte Hotel Amigo is perhaps one of the best hotel stays we've ever experienced!
