Our stay was very nice. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was so nice when your Disney day is done. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the food was very good. Their bartender had a heavy pour which could be a good thing for some.

loved it it was clean magical and the shuttle to disney was great but the insane amount of money it was to park my car there was absurd

Great hotel close to Disneyland. We didn't anticipate how many people would be using the shuttles so a couple of times we ended up getting car service to get to/from the park more quickly. The buffet breakfast was tasty but a bit over priced

I have stayed here several times and have always been happy with the hotel. The room we had this trip was dated and the bathroom especially could use renovation. The shuttle is great and the drivers were very friendly. The shop was well stocked with items and snacks. The Halloween decor in the lobby and on the grounds was very nice.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

This castle themed hotel was excellent for our Disney trip. The shuttles were convenient and the staff was great. Rooms looked to be recently renovated and were on point with the “castle” theme. So cute! The only thing that could be improved was the size of the bathroom, and the bathroom was a little dated. Overall I think we’ll always stay here for Disneyland vacations 😊

The check-in staff was very nice and accommodating with requests. The shuttle service was excellent. Yes, the rooms are dated but we went in expecting that because of all the previous reviews. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would return again in the future.

This place was awsome for the price. The rooms can use an update but the grounds beauty make up for the outdated rooms. Rooms were clean, and staff was polite. The haunted house was awsome. My kid lived it how festive the hotel was. That made everything worth it. Will be coming back.

The property was so clean and amazing! They have it decorated right now for fall and it looks so good. The room was clean and comfortable we had a king suite and it was perfect. There is a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland, we will definitely stay again!

Stayed here with our most recent trip to Disneyland. Hotel was very convenient for Disney with the shuttle. Our room was clean and staff was nice. Pool was nice too. My only qualm with the hotel is that they charge for parking. I think that when you’re a guest of the property, parking should be included.

Enjoyed our stay. The decorations in the lobby and courtyard were amazing. Staff in restaurant was exceptional and very attentive. A little cumbersome that the main elevators were not working. Rooms need a bit of talc but were large and beds comfortable. Overall would recommend our stay. Very nice to have a shuttle to the parks.

It was clean and quiet. A break from the crazy of Disney's Harbor hotels but with a trolley running right to it in 5 mins.

8/10 Very good

The property has so many beautiful gardens. But it’s easy to get lost. Felt like a maze to get around. The lobby is nice and the bar and lounge were great. The room we stayed in was huge. The bed was comfortable enough for being a hotel. The room was in need of an update though, especially the bathrooms. Big perk was the shuttle to the parks. My husband ate at the hotel and said his dinner was amazing. We’ll def be back again.
