Great Stay - Clean, Friendly, Wonderful!
I absolutely loved this boutique hotel in Barcelona. The location was perfect for me - easily walk into several neighborhoods, close to all public transportation and i enjoyed the coziness of a smaller hotel rather than a very large chain brand. Checkin was easy and very friendly staff welcomed me in early as my flight from the USA arrived that morning. I was thankful my room was available and already cleaned. I liked the key-card access to the front entry from the street. Most evenings a doorman was stationed outside until around 11pm or so. The wine-o-clock in the evenings was a nice way to meet other travelers and enjoy a nice glass or two of wine. It was a bit too chilly in December to enjoy the rooftop terrace but I did venture up there to see the wonderful views. My balcony room was perfect for my 6 night stay. Plenty of storage for luggage and all your belongings. The room was clean and was serviced daily. I was right on Las Ramblas street but with the balcony doors closed, I almost heard nothing happening out there other than an occasional emergency vehicle. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers from near or far. I will definitely stay here again. I was on a 6 night trip to Barcelona as a solo traveler before boarding a 14 day transatlantic cruise.
