Noisy, small room, uncomfortable bed. Fire alarm test at 8:40... We had to ask for toiletries as the cleaner did not provided it.

the property itself had lots of things to do and was clean. The rooms are a bit dated and the beach walk is about 5 minutes. The pool area is pretty good and the staff are very nice and professional. It was a bit pricey for what we received. The restaurants on site are good and decently priced but pier 60 can be reached via the trolley with your room key which has a larger selection of restaurants.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. The staff are very friendly, specially the lady who checked us in. She was very friendly to us and our children and couldn’t do enough for us. The only negatives are the noise we had in the room coming from machines right outside our window and the high prices for basic things like bottled water, coffee, etc

Hotel itself was nice. However, Hotels.com made a HUGE mistake by telling the Sheraton we had 4 people when we registered online for 5 people. The room was not really big enough for 5 people. I do not plan to use your organization again.

They rooms walls are paper thin. All night you can hear everything. The toilet flushing, tv, conversations. The doors slam shut. Not a peaceful or private experience
