Comfortable stay but pet charge was expensive
Hotel was decent and comfortable. No free WiFi which was upsetting because the service was not good. Rooms had some damaged and found left over items/food on floor left over from someone else’s stay. Pet charge was non-refundable $125 charge for weekend which seemed a little much. Like 12 check out

Comfortable stay, could use better housekeeping.
Check-in was great, they were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. However, when the sofa bed was pulled out, it had old sheets on it. We immediately called the front desk. They came on removed old sheets and apologized. Beds were comfortable. The only other concern, the bathroom sink drained real slow. On a another good note, thank you for the hot breakfast!!

Needs more detail to cleanliness
Upon arrival to our room we found a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Crumpled shorts in closet. Dishwasher full of dishes. Makes you wonder how clean the room really is☹️

Those sanatized stickers don't clean the room
Read all the good reviews before booking. Front desk lady was nice and pleasant. It was late when we came in with 2 kids. So didnt cause a stink. There are sanitary/sanatized stickers stuck on everything. But the half inch of dust told a different story. It had the appearance that someone lived in the room for a while. They changed the sheets and filled the towel rack.
