when I saw this hotel on the Hotels'.com website,I thought can it be that good?Well yes it was magnificent. We had a full harbour view room overlooking the Opera House. You pay a bit more for the priviledge, but it is well worth it. The rest of the Hotel ..location ... quality was amazing 11 out of 10 for me.

Fantastic views
Receptionist was efficient, friendly and welcoming. Checkin was quick and hassle free. Procedures explained well. Room superb with fantastic views of Circular Quays and surrounding area. Even had evening meal in the room so we could take in the fantastic views. Only stayed one night as due to fly back to UK following day. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay there again on next visit.

This was my second stay at the Four Seasons and once again my stay was wonderful. The updated rooms are just perfect, the views amazing (I had the full harbour room) and the service from every member of staff is simply outstanding. If I could...... I would live here!!!! :)

Perfect Sydney base
Wonderful hotel, perfect location and excellent staff! Enjoyed a week at the Four Seasons for a part of our honeymoon and would recommend to everyone wanting to see and explore Sydney. Close to the iconic sites and very easy access to rail and ferries too!

but need refurbishment
The hotel is in a very good location. The front desk wait was always long. I had my room upgraded after 2 days of the 7 days stay. The upgraded room was massive and comfortable. However, the overall condition of the hotel is very dated, the lobby needs an urgent refurbishment. The swimming pool is a joke.

Simply the best... without a doubt.
From the moment I stepped out of the car at the Four Seasons I was greeted with nothing less than excellence, the porters at the door were the best I have encountered and genuinely wanted to ensure my stay was perfect. Check-in was quick and easy although it was a little busy and I did not mind waiting a few minutes to be dealt with. The renovated room was beautiful and had all the facilities that I could ask for, great aircon, amazing shower (and toiletries) and the most outstanding view of the harbour I could have ever wished for. The housekeeping staff were all wonderful, I enjoyed coming back to my room and seeing handwritten notes wishing me a pleasant stay, it made for a very personal experience and it meant a lot to me. The only tiny tiny issue i had with the room was that the bed was a little too soft for my liking, I mentioned this when I checked out and was advised that it would be no problem to change the mattress to a harder one.... I never expected this could even be an option... once again superb service! I feel that I have been spoilt by the Four Seasons Sydney Harbour, I honestly don't think I will stay anywhere else in Sydney ever again.

Great location-decor a bit tired-staff lovely
Had a very pleasant check in experience with receptionist-got access to my room early. Decor of room was old and tired but bed was very comfortable. View from my window was of an overpass. It was my birthday on one of the days & a pastry was sent to my room-nice touch.
