The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and the manager came and move furniture around for me so as too accommodate my needs better. A great hotel and would recommend.

Hotel was ok, handy for walking in Cambridge and T into Boston. Front desk, door and service staff were good, restaurant staff were moody and at times unhelpful.

Okay but not spectacular
This hotel felt a little dated on the outside but had some decent renovations in the rooms. The health club/pool was a bit of a walk to get to and was located above the parking structure beside the actual hotel. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave when we visited and the overpass/bridge connecting the hotel to the pool was insanely hot, like a blast furnace. Breakfast buffet was very expensive and didn't make a lot of sense for my family of 5. Nice having a shuttle to get you on the Red Line.
