It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Being greeted by the smell of baking, every time I came back, was glorious! The bakery team were also, really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for having me Madam Troppi! Ribeauville is a little spot in the Elzas. We had a b&b in the middle of the center and the main shopping/ mainstreet above a bakery. The room was very romantic with a storck on the windowshield. The landlady was a burst of energy and friendlyness. She even walked with us to our car to find a parkingspace. The little village was very crowded. The centre was closed of for traffic except for the locals. It is a beautiful medieval place in the middle of the wineyards.

A very satisfying experience; everything was better than expected. The room had AC, which was really appreciated since we had a heatwave with over 30 degrees. We had the Romantique room, and it was spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was in the bakery in the same building. Nothing to complain about there, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely both recommend it and stay there again if I were to return to Ribeauville.

Beautiful location right in the heart of the old town. Above a bakery selling medieval-style loaves of bread 2m long and this is where the excellent breakfasts were served. The bed was very comfortable and the room large & comfortable. Very friendly welcome.

Quirky room in ideal spot in lovely town.

First time in Alsace, very impressed. The room is right in the centre of a beautiful town, lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely hike from the town up to St Ulrich Chateaux. Plenty of parking in nearby sidestreets overnight, but limited during the day. Wonderful breakfast, the lady who served us each day was very friendly and hospitable. A unique place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily stay again.

Hotellet er beliggende i hovedgaden ovenpå et bageri - meget centralt. Vi boede i det sjove middelalder værelse, som var gennemført dekoreret og rigtig fint og sjovt med en rustning både på værelset og på gangen. Badet var rent og fint. Venligt personale og fin morgenmad i bageriet.

Super fedt værelse i gennemført middelalderlig stil - eller "Gryffindor"-værelset, som vi valgte at omtale det. Der var ikke noget personale til stede, da vi ankom, men vi havde fået tilsendt kode til en nøgleboks, og det fungerede helt fint. Der var dog temmelig mørkt i trappeopgangen, og sensorerne til tænding af lyset op til 1. sal kunne godt have været placeret lidt mere hensigtsmæssigt. Værelset var til gengæld en rigtig god oplevelse, og "hotellet" (som består af 2 værelser oven på et bageri) ligger godt placeret i byen. Morgenmaden blev serveret i bageriet. Der var kun én medarbejder, og hun kunne desværre hverken tale tysk eller engelsk, så vi måtte klare os med lidt rustent gymnasie-fransk.
