Spare time in Boston
We had a few days extra in Boston and decided to treat ourselves to a wharf-side hotel. As with most cavernous atria type hotels, cocktail hour was a little noisy (but the bedrooms were well insulated against the noise). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to Quincy Market and several good restaurants (e.g. Legal Sea Foods). Also very handy for all the boat trips and ferries.

Great hotel, but bring your ear plugs!
Very well situated hotel right in the thick of Boston's highlights and we had a great stay. Only real criticism is the room was very noisy and we could hear the people in next room through the adjoining door....we really shouldn't know their children's names or that Matilda didn't wash properly....or hear conversations in the corridor and sounded like there was a herd of elephants moving furniture around above us. Would still recommend this quality hotel....but just check Matilda isn't next door first!

Good but overly expensive
The cost of the room was way too expensive for a last minute two night stay. Absolutely ridiculous. Hotel prices are a factor in reducing tourism as well as government taxes and fees. The government makes way too much money off a business for doing nothing!!!!! Boston sucks!!!
