Very nice lady at the desk.......
A thoughtful lady named Faith at the check in desk was able to get me in my room efficiently even though I arrived early after disembarking from a ship. Having just had a tragedy in the family.....it was much appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and I had a nice room with a view of the Biscayne Bay. Would I return if back in Miami? Yes.

Hmm, ok. But would stay elsewhere next time.
I was disappointed. The shower door would not stay shut. Had to prop a towel to keep it shut. The bathroom light although eco friendly shut off while in the shower, after 2 minutes. The shower in the am was freezing. The hotel as clean, and easy to get around. But for the price I would stay elsewhere or expected less things wrong.
