InterContinental London Park Lane

Good hotel,excellent location, slightly musty smell in room.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and lovely but poorly catered for children, got refused to eat in the only area open for food at the time - an open bar area - because we had a child (which incidentally the concierge advised us we should go and eat in). So we ended up having no choice but to eat via room service in our room as no where appeared to accept a child. My child even asked ‘why don’t they like children here mummy’ and ‘but they were a child once’. Very disappointing! Won’t be going back as a result.

Room was slightly small

We stayed one night after going to the theatre and thought that the hotel was very good. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and the service we received was excellent. For breakfast the cold buffet was very good whilst the hot buffet was just ok and I don't know why hotels of this standard can't use plate warmers. It would have been better to have something freshly cooked from the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the hotel again.
