Old rooms, room door wouldn’t work late at night and couldn’t even access room until the next morning. Maintenance couldn’t even get the door open.

Grand hotel, that needs refurbishment
Great location, in the impressive Place Vendome, the staff are friendly but the hotel needs bit of refurbishment. Biggest issue was the water system, the pressue is super low you can t lift the shower head high. Also in the morning you need to open the tab for few minutes to get hot water. The magnetic card for the lift and the room doesn't work immediately you need to keep swiping. It has a good gym with most equipment.
