Not a great experience
Booked an executive room it was very small. I imagine there had been some sort of water leak and the ceiling was covered In mold and was stained.. Sat having a drink in the lobby and the cleaning guy literally shouted at us to move because he was cleaning. Have stayed here several times and recommended to friends but my last stay was a disappointing experience. I complained while I was there and was given 2 free drink vouchers for a drink at the bar. Really not much use to me as I was leaving!

Comfortable stay
Comfortable hotel. Lovely breakfasts. Large bed in nice bedroom with kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, iron and board. Plenty of storage space. Good free WiFi.Very small bathroom. Lovely large bathroom towels, but shower pressure wasn’t very high. Great location near shops, pubs, restaurants and just steps from Gloucester Rd Tube Station.
