Exceptional
A short stroll from The White House on Pennsylvania Ave this is a modern, efficient hotel at the heart of Washington. Rooms big enough for family of four. WOUld definitely recommend.

Convenient location close to national mall and smithsonian museums, a block from the White House. Breakfast plenty of choices but as to be expected it is on the pricey side. Car parking (although we only used it for one night is expensive $55+ per night) Many reviews on other sites have pictures of the pool. This no longer exists and has been closed for some months.

Very good
This is a great location for a stay in Washington DC. It's a bit more expensive to stay right in the centre but all the sites are very close and we enjoyed the hotel and the stay. We dropped all our luggage off at the hotel, one of our two rooms was ready well ahead of time so we could check in before taking the hire car to Reagan. We needed to get to Dulles airport with lots of bags. How to do this was unclear but the guys who greet the cars sorted it for us. If in doubt have a word with them.
