Minha experiência no Búzios Mar Hotel foi positiva, principalmente pela excelente localização e pela vista espetacular da piscina, que é realmente um dos grandes destaques da hospedagem. O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade e uma equipe extremamente prestativa. Gostaria de destacar especialmente o atendimento do restaurante, que todos os dias preparou ovos fritos mediante solicitação, sempre com simpatia e atenção. Nota 10 para a equipe. Como sugestão de melhoria, o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade entre os dias, pois os itens se repetem bastante durante a semana. Outro ponto importante é a questão da acessibilidade. O hotel possui muitas escadas e o elevador estava inoperante durante minha estadia por conta de uma troca de empresa responsável pela manutenção. Fui informado de que a previsão de retorno é até o final de junho. Também senti falta de um ambiente mais acolhedor e de ações que promovam maior interação entre os hóspedes. Pequenas atividades ou eventos poderiam tornar a experiência ainda mais especial. No geral, a localização privilegiada, a vista incrível e o excelente atendimento da equipe compensam os pontos de melhoria e tornam a estadia bastante agradável.
