Overall, this was a good hotel, especially for families. The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms because the A/C stopped working, but they handled the situation quickly and made the process easy. The only downside was that the rooms could use some updating. While everything was clean and functional, they looked a bit worn and could definitely benefit from a refresh. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.

Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept.
