Older property but historic and well located. Check in staff wasn’t the best but others we interacted with were more helpful. Room was clean. Parking costs were a tad unexpected. Don’t expect a great breakfast so I suggest trying some of the local spots instead.

The property and room were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Chicago station (red line) was within a few minutes walking distance. Wrigley Field is off of that line. If driving to the hotel, wait to check in to speak to the front desk regarding parking. They have additional information on parking and could possibly save you money. Convenient location for many sights and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Whitehall Hotel.

Great facility located in the middle of everything! Sites,shopping, and local transportation all close by. Hotel’s old and could use a touch up here or there.
