Made a nice change to self cater for a few days and this was ideal for it. However door key was a little dodgy. The cooker could do with a decent clean. I only cooked pizza inside but the smell from previous spilled fat was strong. Enjoyed my stay and would use again though Cheers

Very friendly receptionist, room was clean but could have been better. Two of each item in kitchen isn’t great as everything has to be washed when used. It is noisy at night due to traffic. Great value for money for a short stay.

Noise from next apartment spoils stay
Receptionist was lovely couldn’t be more helpful apartment was amazing clean and very spacious beds were very comfortable but I had to ring the emergency telephone no at half 10 due to the noise from the next apartment playing music it stopped but started up again at half 11 and continued until 1am and awoke my family up didn’t get much sleep after there was no reception staff to talk to when we left at half 9 so I left messages for someone to get back to me but no one did so I was left disappointed

Arrived and no car park spaces but luckily one did come available 20 mins later. Lots of residents hanging around and music playing in rooms with friends over which was a little worrying but didn’t hear anything after 10pm. Most frustrating thing was no hot water. Great value for money and really nice staff
The service was brilliant - big thank you to the lovely lady who let us stay a little extra in the apartment the next morning. Helpful with parking and recommendations on where to eat as well. Very friendly. Apartment was big and had all you needed, clean enough and decoration was quite modern. Shame the bedrooms were right by the dual carriageway (a little noisy and sound proofing could maybe be better), but location can't be helped. Will definitely stay again :-) Excellent value for money.

Absolute amazing place would definitely stay again and also recommend to anyone staying in Birmingham, the only downfall was their was no hot water in the morning for a shower but other than that it was perfect for me and the Mrs.
