Disappointed

1. No toilet paper refill. Had to track down an attendant. 2. Bed not made after first night, but did get fresh towels. 3. Met 2nd day attendants. Lovely young people from South America working in this country to earn money for college back home. Got bed made and fresh towels. 4. Drapes difficult to open. 5. Refrigerator did not get cold enough. Food spoiled. 6. Had a west view that also overlooked the hotel utilities. Very bad room considering we checked in early. This hotel needs some serious remodeling for the prices charged!! Would not stay there again until remodeling happens.
