10/10 I loved my stay. Chad at front desk was very accommodating. Views from oceanfront balcony was amazing. Ben the bartender at the restaurant on property was great and drinks were good. Nice lunch specials on food and drinks. Hotel was under renovation but it was very quiet and a peaceful stay. I will be returning.

We were attending a funeral in town. Attempted to check in at 8 pm after a long, hard day. The trainee couldn’t help me, it took ten minutes to find someone that could help. When we got to the room, there was sand everywhere. The spider to the balcony would not lock. We were on the fourth floor and were traveling with our seven and three year old. Called maintenance and the trainee at the desk came and couldn’t fix the lock, so we attempted to barricade it with a table haphazardly. The pillows on our king size bed were half the size of la The pool was drained. At a beach property. Zero amenities in the lobby and property. We needed a bottle of water, and the only bottled water was in a 1980’s coke machine for $4 that didn’t accept cards. Needless to say, not very pleasant.

The location is under construction which has taken out virtually all amenities which I get but it would be really nice if they would at least offer a coffee station in their lobby so their customers don’t have to leave the property just to get a cup of coffee in the morning!
