Bedroom management non existant
Hotel is lovely as is the restaurant and bar. But the superior room lacked management. Where do I begin…. No information pack, had to ring to find out meal times and room vacation times etc. No toiletries other than soap! The conditioner dispenser was empty on arrival and not refilled (we stayed 2 nights) Tissue box empty, I placed it on top of the toilet lid so the cleaner could see. The box was taken away but not replaced. On arrival there was 2 coffee sachet, 2 tea bags and one pkt of biscuits containing 2 small biscuits. There were stains all over the carpet, I really didnt feel like walking bear foot on it. The wallpaper was ripped by the door. I rang reception to list all these things and I was told it would be put in a report!!

Great place, great city. Everybody helpful and could not fault the room. Check in and out slightly slow despite four people on the desk only one person dealing with customers.
