Overnight stay
Very tired hotel, staff pleasant but lacking in polish ,particularly night staff. Perfect location for the West end, close to tube. Furniture in the bedroom very 1980s. Typical tourists hotel.

Overall service was terrible. Ask to speak to Manager without success. Tried to get ahold of someone from Hotels.com without success. Hotel.com is a rip-off and misleading. I will never book through them again and I wound Would not Recommend this booking site to anyone

Weekend stay
Deco rather tired. Girl who checked us in very nice but English was poor. Asked for a Sunday Times for the morning. Got the Sun!

Good location but dated rooms make it overpriced
The location is great. The hotel room was dated for the price paid. The bed and furniture need to be refreshed.

Exceptional
Fabulous staff and the location is excellent! Breakfast not so good as I’m vegetarian, not much choice. However the chef made me a veggie omelette. All staff couldn’t do enough.
