nice room and well maintained but no staff to help with little questions or non emergency stuff when the pub next door is closed ( doesnt open till midday) Also we were promised a breakfast bag to be hung on our door but this never arrived :(

Outstanding one night stay -- staff super nice and helpful-- very comfortable and nicely firnished room with lovely extras such coffee, biscuits, bottled water, muesli pot etc. I asked for oat milk and it was provided instantly. Great bathroom, fab shower and thick fluffy towels.

Great hire in the heart of JQ
Great hotel. Will be staying there again shortly. Super comfortable stay and very welcoming guests. Was nice to have a mini fridge with fresh milk for a coffee in the morning. I stayed in the single room and designed well. Next to the bed there is a wardrobe so adequate storage. Location great for the Jewellery Quarter and a walk into the City Centre.

Perfect Christmas Stay !!
From check in to check out, our stay was amazing. I took my partner for his birthday and requested the room reflect this, the staff went out of their way and it looked amazing. The room was clean and totally exceeded my expectations. Continental breakfast in the morning was lovely and the staff again went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely be returning x
