Absolutely disgusted with hotel.
Do not stay through this company. I have paid for a two night work business trip and arrived after a long commute. The booking was confirmed and money had been paid, haven’t had a refund or an explanation from the company or hotels.com yet. Left absolutely devastated with not being let in and not having any help or response and not being letting into a hotel I have paid for and commuted to. Disgusted with the service from this hotel an nhs young lady travelling for work and didn’t get any help at all.
