Friendly staff in a quiet area of town
Spent 3 nights here after coming back from Florida. The total staff are exceptionally nice, efficient and very friendly. The room was well fitted and comfortably warm. The room was serviced every day with new towels and the bed made. I would recommend this for a quiet hotel to stay in to see the Roswell area. PS I loved the welcoming cookie

A good place to be based.
Straight off the plane from the UK into this quiet hotel. Welcoming cookie was tasty. The staff were very friendly and after only 1 day certain individuals started to recognize us. There was a wedding on one day so more noisy than I would have liked, but not the hotels fault. Room was big and the bed bigger. Well serviced on a daily basis and clean. All in all a good location to be based in to look around Roswell.

Will definetly come back again!
With the fact that this was my very first trip to the "A" (Atlanta) i wasnt sure what to expect, the staff were very accomodating and made us feel very at home, we received the famous cookie on arrival which is delicious i must say myself. The Complentary Shuffle service was first class and always prompt. with Shopping Malls close by and sevreal shops on the strip and a MARTA station nearby for making your way into the inner city you still have the perfect balance of the Country and the access to the city whenever need be.

Even though Hotels.com guaranteed my booking, by the time I got to check in, my booking had been canceled by the hotel. When I asked why my booking had been canceled,a lady with Bright Red Hair called the POLICE on ME! I asked Hotels.com about their “guarantee “. For my inconvenience and after having the cops called on ME, they have the nerve to offer me a $25 coupon? This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with booking. Your guarantee is a joke. And you can keep your coupon.

The room was terrible. Horribly uncomfortable beds. Dripping tub faucet all night. Freezing cold in the room even after turning the unfunctioning heat on to 75 degrees. Extremely disappointing.
