Property is very clean, room was clean. Bed was ok but the pillow’s left me with a major headache, a couple of them even smelled like smoke. Hotel was good cause we were there for a concert at Stir Cove. Wouldn’t stay again unless it was for another concert. Staff was great, hotel was clean, no complaints there.

The staff were great, our house keeper was wonderful and attentive. Sadie the bartender in the casino was awesome. She has a really good idea about making CWS shirts with Harah’s logo on it that should be talked about. That would be great advertising and people would love to have them.

Staff is nice. Casino is gorgeous. Great food. Property is nice. Parking was wonderful. The room had a very nice tv but other than that it was ultimately disgusting. The caulk was black in the tub. One of the lights had a bad bulb. The curtains had a missing clip. The toilet and floor had long brunette strands of hair. The sink was slow to drain and the surfaces had dirt and finger prints. And there was a faint cigarette smell. I believe they are remodeling and if that is true that room needs a serious overhaul.
