    Loved it
The whole room was huge, bigger than any hotel room I’ve stayed in in England. The bed was huge and very comfy. It had air conditioning so we weren’t hot during the night. The bathroom was nice with really good shower pressure. Only problem was there was no shampoo, but there was body lotion, hair conditioner, and body wash - I think the lack of shampoo may have just been an accident. In the morning the reception staff allowed us late checkout and we went up to the roof top pool! The bar wasn’t manned during the morning which was sad, but we were just so excited to cool off in the pool. There’s also a McDonald’s just outside it if you get hungry.

A busy hotel that needs to try harder .
A very busy hotel, just a short walk from the Aerospace Museum. The property has two restaurants and a Starbucks. I didn't try either restaurant but breakfast at Starbucks cost me around $15! D.C. is NOT cheap! One alternative to eating at the hotel is the four or so food carts that are parked around the corner, en route to the Aerospace museum. There's a good variety of cuisines available. My room was on the smaller side. As a Gold Elite member I would have expected an upgrade at the very least or a larger room.

Good location, but can be noisy
Great hotel for location to museums. Rooms were clean, few minor issues, first set of toiletries were left overs from the previous guests. Bed was very hard. Soundproofing was poor, heard every flushing toilet and were kept awake by the guests next door, sounded as though it was a large family reunion having quite a party until the early hours, this was for 2 out of three nights of our stay. Would recommend for location.

    Pleasant Stay*-***-
My stay at this location was great for many reasons, first the location was 1 street over from the capitol and a short walk or bus ride to many activities. Even though there was a lot of employees at the hotel everyone was nice and had a great attitude and worked as a team, the maintenance man brought up towels to our team and took out the trash to help the housekeepers. Teamwork. There was no meals at the hotel due to Covid-19, but a McDonalds on the corner. The only problems was that we found dirty bed sheets in one of the drawers in the room, which was quickly moved by staff. I would stay again.

    About Average
Needs a microwave, and more ice machines (really long hike from one end of building to another to get to the ice machine). If you get picky, the room needed cleaning in the corners and vents, the AC unit panel was falling off and was open, the mirror glazing was peeling, obviously a property on the downward slope.

    A little disapointed.
We were there during the 1st part of the covid 19. They basically shut us off from all their services. Not good when you are traveling. But I do understand we are covering new territory.Still, as a traveler, you are pretty dependent on the hotel for some basic services.

    Miserably firm mattresses.
The mattresses are so firm they feel like you’re sleeping on concrete. This was probably the most miserable sleeping I’ve ever had while on vacation. The hotel, while clean, feels dated and needs updating in the rooms. The wall paper was peeling in the restroom in room 944 and the toilet leaked water all over the floor. The staff was extremely friendly.

    Family trip
Family trip with kids. Hotel was nice slightly small room no microwave but has a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. The location allows us to walk to all the popular monuments and museum and it has many places to eat around. On the weekends there is not many restaurants near the hotel open but the hotel has a restaurant inside but is a little pricey. The housekeeper was excellent and left us enough toiletries for the family and kept the room nice and clean. I have no complaints and was pleased with the service and location. It’s not a luxurious place but is was great for our family.
