Uncomfortable beds and very noisy air conditioning
Good location so easy to walk to many attractions. Room was dated and didn't feel that clean. Air conditioning was really noisy and the beds were very uncomfortable. The ice machine in the corridor outside the room was also really noisy.

Tired and disappointing
The Wyndham was the last hotel of our American holiday and sadly the worst. The reception staff were courteous and the room clean, but due to pipes above our room it was very noisy. The combined sound of the pipes and air conditioning didn't give us very good sleep! We had a very disappointing meal in the restaurant. The wine we chose was out of stock and then when we chose our main course, that had run out too! When the food finally arrived it was tasty but my daughters meal wasn't what we ordered. We ate out for the rest of the time!

Would stay here again.
Slightly off the beaten track but this was not a problem. A taxi ride to Fanueil Hall was only about $7 and personally I prefer to have the peace and quiet at the end of the day rather than be amongst the hustle and bustle. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The hotel staff were helpful and polite. We did have an issue with a leak in the bathroom but this was resolved very quickly and without issue by the hotel staff changing our room. Sadly the plumbing leaves something to be desired due to the temperature and water pressure being erratic. That being said I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Unable to provide basics
The hotel was clean which was important during the pandemic however I called down to the desk to request a basic necessity, such as silverware which they were not able to provide. This is a basic request and there is no reason the desk shouldn’t have been able to provide that.
