For a Hilton the beds are shocking! So uncomfortable with shockingly poor pillows! You expect quality and a comfortable nights sleep but you get the complete opposite! I'd rather stay in a Holiday Inn again (least the beds are comfy and spacious) The generator then started at 6am so hello wake up call that was not needed! Would not recommend and will never stay in a Hilton again!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The room was superb. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast was a buffet style but every was so fresh. The choice was fantastic. However on the Sunday morning they ran out of ham on the continental breakfast, how can a hotel of this size allow it to happen. I understand about suppliers etc... but there are many shops and retailers locally that could have supplied this. We thought the bar was a little expensive London prices in Stockton on Tees....REALLY...
