Disappointed
Stayed two nights. The room was not made up after the first night. I had to go downstairs to get fresh towels. The girl said forgot which room we were staying in.

Pretty good experience!
The hotel was very clean and in really good shape. The pool was warm but the air was freezing! The room was chilly when we first got there, the air was on! That was awful since it was 20 degrees outside. Getting breakfast at the hotel was confusing. It is not free but we thought it was worth the money, much better than a normal continental breakfast. The confusing part was when it came to paying. Nobody really could give us a straight answer on how it worked (not the front desk nor the waitress). It turns out you sign the slip and the waitress gives it to the front desk. They then charge your room for the breakfast. It made sense but like I said nobody could explain it to us beforehand. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall a very good experience. My one complaint was the temperature. The bar area where we ate dinner was freezing cold. Not possible for food to stay warm while eating. The room was very nice except every time the heat when on a blast of cold air came out of the heater. Since it was sub zero the heat went on often and woke me every time with that blast of cold air. Staff was very friendly. Waitress in bar area was wonderful. Staff did not enforce masks and we did see cleaning staff unmasked.

Best free coffee of anywhere I've stayed. They have a machine in the lobby that grinds beans to make fresh coffee, and the Doubletree cookies are the best. The hotel was a little on the cold side. I had to turn my room heater up to 80 and it took almost 3 hours to get
