Room desk chair was badly in need of replacement. Only one elevator was in service throughout the stay. No information on housekeeping provided. Temperature control was not able to be set by thermostat.

Would not stay again unless absolutely necessary
For 18 floors only 1 elevator working. Room was old and dirty. Bathroom was so small that the door barely cleared the toilet. Only gave two sets of towels. No extra blanket and refrigerator was inside the closet which didn’t work and had left over food in it from last guest. No microwave in room. Microwave was in lobby next to desk and was always in use. No optional housekeeping for entire stay. They allow food delivery right to your room. No usb connections for charging devices. Bed bugs were reported by guests on the 8th floor. We didn’t find any evidence of bedbugs in the 17th, but did find dead bugs along the baseboards under window by heating unit. I would not recommend this hotel unless no ther options were available. It was a convenient location for Campbell Law School it is right across the street.

Rooms were falling apart. Shower didn’t drain properly and the toilet handle stuck so if you didn’t fix it, the toilet would run constantly. There was also no fan in the bathroom. Sheets and beds were relatively clean, with just a few spots of dirt. Curtains were covered in dust and dead skin residue. After the first night only one elevator worked. After the second night, the second elevator broke, requiring all guests to use the service elevator. The service elevator however was not accessible by the parking garage. No instructions from anyone working there on how to pay for parking or when the incidentals charge on my card will be returned. The building is supposedly scheduled to be demolished so perhaps they have just given up.

The building and furnishings are old and dated. The location is extremely noise - street noise (and I was on the 11th floor!) and interior noise from other guests.

The overall stay was great.The cleanliness and comfortable bed. I didn't like the pay to park even though parking was at the hotel under the parking deck. Free parking should've been included. Also, there was no microwave inside the room. The price paid free parking and microwave should've been included.
